What our guarantee covers
Our health guarantee covers the bird’s condition at the time of transfer based on the information and observations available to us before delivery or pickup. If any issue is identified during the guarantee period, please contact us immediately so we can review the situation.
What is not covered
Our health guarantee does not cover:
Injury, neglect, stress, poor handling, or improper diet after the bird leaves our care.
Problems caused by failure to follow our care instructions.
Issues from exposure to unsafe housing, temperature changes, or other preventable conditions.
Buyer responsibility
By purchasing one of our parrots, you agree to provide proper housing, nutrition, supervision, and veterinary care after arrival. African Grey parrots require long term commitment, responsible handling, and a stable home environment.
Our goal is not only to place parrots in homes but to place them with people who will care for them properly for years to come.
